★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lasciate perdere!! Incompetenza assoluta e perdita di tempo. Questo signore non ha neppure idea di quello che sta vendendo....state alla larga....provare per credere. Ti fa andare sui cantieri e ti mostra le case da lontano, mette le foto di case finite descrivendole con parquet ecc.....e poi ti ritrovi con una casa che a malapena ha i muri perimetrali piena di muschio e spazzatura...neanche le piantine per comprendere gli spazi, non ha informazioni utili tipo di che anno e la casa o di che classe energetica è......insomma andate da un professionista vero se non volete perdere tempo!!!!
Forget it !! Absolute incompetence and waste of time. This gentleman has no idea what he is selling .... stay away .... try it to believe it. It makes you go to construction sites and show you the houses from afar, put photos of finished houses describing them with parquet etc ..... and then you find yourself with a house that barely has the perimeter walls full of moss and garbage ... not even the plans to understand the spaces, has no useful information such as what year and house or what energy class it is ...... in short, go to a real professional if you don't want to waste time !!!!
