★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cartoleria nel centro di Caravaggio che offre molti servizi, ma da evitare come punto di ritiro di pacchi Zalando o di altre piattaforme; si attende anche mezz'ora all'esterno perché c'è sempre tanta gente per pratiche lunghe. Chi sceglie di usufruire di un punto di ritiro si aspetta un servizio molto più rapido.
 Stationery shop in the center of Caravaggio that offers many services, but to be avoided as a collection point for Zalando packages or other platforms; you also wait half an hour outside because there are always so many people for long practices. Those who choose to use a collection point expect a much faster service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spediscono documenti ad altri indirizzi mail anziché al tuo e poi sempre loro pensano che magari non ho aggiornato iphone. Di cosa stiamo parlando? Io invio a loro una mail in 3 secondi loro neanche in 20 min riescono.. ho dovuto tornare in negozio e inviare una mail affinché rispondano inviandomi i doc. Chissà dove le altre mail sono arrivate, con documenti sensibili. Incompetenza!
They send documents to other email addresses instead of yours and then they always think that maybe I haven't updated my iphone. What are we talking about? I send them an email in 3 seconds they can't even get it in 20 minutes .. I had to go back to the shop and send an email to reply by sending me the docs. Who knows where the other emails have arrived, with sensitive documents. Incompetence!
