★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con il mio compagno, che da poco ha firmato il tanto atteso contratto a Tempo Indeterminato, decidiamo di vedere alcune case per poterne finalmente acquistare una tutta nostra. Dopo esserci rivolti a tre agenzie arriviamo, quasi per caso, a quella di Tecnocasa. Ad accoglierci è un ragazzo molto giovane di nome Roberto, ma di lì a poco ci saremmo resi conto di quanto, nonostante la sua giovane età, fosse professionale. Ha subito cercato di metterci a nostro agio puntando sul creare con noi una minima relazione empatica, ha accolto i nostri numerosi dubbi e cercato di comprendere le nostre esigenze nonostante il nostro budget esiguo. Ci ha proposto due possibili occasioni e, con pazienza ce le ha illustrate e poi, mostrate previo appuntamento. In seguito ci ha pazientemente illustrato la prassi burocratica che concerne la formalizzazione di una proposta d'acquisto e...quando gli abbiamo esplicitato che necessitavamo di tempo e ulteriori confronti tra noi, prima di poter decidere definitivamente che uno dei due immobili mostrati fosse quello che avremmo acquistato, ci ha sorpresi con la sua sincera empatia e si è reso disponibile per qualunque altro confronto, qualora lo avessimo richiesto. Qualcuno potrà dire che Roberto ha svolto semplicemente il suo lavoro con professionalità. Rispondiamo con convinzione che, sebbene ciò sia indubbiamente vero, è anche vero che, nella vita, non conta semplicemente ciò che si fa, ma il COME lo si fa...il mix di professionalità e umanità vincono sempre! Auguri per tutto Roberto e grazie di vero cuore!!!

 With my partner, who recently signed the long-awaited permanent contract, we decide to see some houses to finally be able to buy our own. After having turned to three agencies, we arrive, almost by chance, to that of Tecnocasa. To welcome us is a very young boy named Roberto, but soon we would have realized how professional he was despite his young age. He immediately tried to put us at ease by focusing on creating a minimal empathic relationship with us, he accepted our many doubts and tried to understand our needs despite our small budget. He offered us two possible occasions and patiently illustrated them to us and then showed them by appointment. He then patiently explained to us the bureaucratic practices concerning the formalization of a direct offer ... and when we explained that we needed time and further comparisons between us, before finally deciding that one of the two properties was shown to that we would have bought, surprised us with his sincere empathy and made himself available for any other comparison, if we had requested it. Some may say that Roberto simply did his job professionally. We answer with conviction that, although this is undoubtedly true, it is also true that, in life, it does not simply matter what you do, but HOW you do it ... the mix of professionalism and humanity always win! Infatti a una mia amica che deve vendere casa siesi già rivolta a loro dopo avere sentito parlare così bene da me. Ora sto acquistando un altra casa ma in un altra regione quindi non posso rivolgermi a loro... Ma ho già visto che la professionalità trovata in Alessandro e Christian non ci sara.... Attento e presente in tutti gli step dell'acquisto di una casa.
Noi giovane coppia abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare subito l'immobile che ci piaceva e sin da subito Alessandro ci ha seguito ed accompagnati durante la trattiva, con la nomina del notaio incaricato e davvero degno di nota la sua disponibilità anche post vendita per documenti necessari al bonus 110% .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto Alessandro un anno fa, quando mio figlio si è rivolto a lui per comprare casa. E' stato gentile, competente e molto disponibile. Quando poi abbiamo avuto problemi per documenti riguardanti la casa (problemi non causati da lui), ha fatto tutto il possibile per aiutarci e la cosa si è risolta. Quindi siamo pienamente soddisfatti !
Non solo: ci ha richiesto il compenso dopo il rogito, cosa che non tutti fanno.
Ora, per un'altra casa, ho a che fare con un'altra agenzia (di altro gruppo). Non c'è confronto. Devo aggiungere che Alessandro è un vero signore.
I met Alessandro a year ago, when my son turned to him to buy a house. He was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. Then when we had problems with documents regarding the house (problems not caused by him), he did everything he could to help us and it was resolved. So we are fully satisfied!
Not only that: he asked us for the payment after the deed, which not everyone does.
Now, for another house, I am dealing with another agency (from another group). There is no comparison. I must add that Alessandro is a real gentleman.
