Villa Stella: beautiful location, a few steps from the sea.

Great agency. Kind and helpful owner. We had already had experiences with this agency in the past years and the accommodations we have stayed in have always been delivered in perfect order and cleanliness. I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attenzione: le immagini che trovate sul sito dell'agenzia relative alla abitazione "Villa Stella" sono incomplete, mancano quelle dei servizi igienici; questi ultimi, infatti, sono privi di cabina doccia o di un qualunque supporto idoneo a contenere l'acqua che, durante l'uso, schizza ovunque, rendendo necessario eseguire ogni volta l'asciugatura di pavimenti e pareti attorno alla doccia, oltre che dei sanitari.
Inoltre all'interno delle camere con esposizione nord-ovest, permane un odore insistente di muffa come evidenziato dalle immagini qui allegate.
Da ultimo il giardino non è fruibile esclusivamente dagli inquilini poiché viene utilizzato anche dalla proprietaria che risiede al primo piano della casa stessa.
Warning: the images found on the agency's website related to "Villa Stella" apartment is incomplete, lacking those of the toilet; the latter, in fact, have no shower enclosure or any support suitable for containing water which, during use, splashes everywhere, making it necessary to dry floors and walls around the shower, as well as health.
Also inside the rooms with north-west facing, there remains a persistent musty smell as evidenced by the attached pictures here.
Finally, the garden is not exclusively enjoyed by tenants as it is also used by the owner who resides on the first floor of the house itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho letto le recensioni,a parte una,sono tutte molto positive. Forse non è conveniente andare al mare a settembre,non c è più tanto interesse a far contenti i clienti! Io ho segnalato delle cose negative che ho trovato nell appartamento,con una mail e con foto,ma non ho ne visto ne sentito nessuno dell agenzia. Alla consegna delle chiavi ho ribadito le cose che già avevo segnalato e il ragazzo che stava alla reception mi ha detto di attendere una loro chiamata. Ancora sto aspettando!
I have read the reviews, apart from one, they are all very positive. Perhaps it is not convenient to go to the beach in September, there is no longer so much interest in making customers happy! I have reported some negative things that I found in the apartment, with an email and with photos, but I have not seen or heard from any of the agency. Upon delivery of the keys I reiterated the things I had already reported and the guy who was at the reception told me to wait for a call from them. I'm still waiting!
