B	Barbara Cardin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Italiani e stranieri trattati diversamente..finito il soggiorno (nn regalato e tralasciamo la pulizia dell'appartamento!!) nn c hanno lasciato tenere la macchina nel parcheggio x sole tre ore in più..considerando che l'appartamento s doveva lasciare alle 10 e prima delle 1630 nn te lo danno dubito che c sarebbero stati problemi..peggio x la città d Caorle..meno introiti.. Italians and foreigners treated differently .. at the end of the stay (not given as a gift and we neglect the cleaning of the apartment !!) they left the car in the parking lot for only three hours more .. considering that the apartment had to leave at 10 and before 1630 nn they give it to you I doubt that there would have been problems .. worse for the city of Caorle .. less income ..
G	Gerald Bertl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solange man vor Ort ist, ist Luna Rossa sehr hilfsbereit. Man hüte sich aber davor, im Zimmer etwas zu vergessen, wie es uns passiert ist. Wenn man anruft, wird man sofort abgeblockt und aufgefordert, sich per Mail an die Agentur zu wenden. Es ist aber vollkommen überflüssig, sich die Arbeit anzutun, die Agentur reagiert in keiner Weise. Nicht einmal, wenn mehrere Personen dasselbe Anliegen per Mail vorbringen erfolgt eine Reaktion. Man hat keine Chance im Zimmer oder Appartment vergessenes wieder zu bekommen. Also - alle Schränke und Ecken kontrollieren, bevor man sich auf die Heimreise begibt - die Agentur schert sich nicht darum, dass Sie Ihr Eigentum wieder bekommen. Was damit geschieht steht in den Sternen. As long as you are there, Luna Rossa is very helpful. But be careful not to forget something in the room, as happened to us. If you call, you will be blocked immediately and asked to contact the agency by email. But it is completely superfluous to do the work, the agency does not react in any way. Not even if several people raise the same issue by email, there is no response. You have no chance to get something forgotten in the room or apartment. So - check all closets and corners before you go home - the agency doesn't care that you get your belongings back. What happens to it is in the stars.

Sul sito dell'agenzia, nella scheda che descrive l'appartamento viene riportato che quest'ultimo è a 10 metri dal mare. Tutto vero, peccato però che il posto in spiaggia incluso nel prezzo fosse a 500 metri e non nel bagno di fronte allo stabile. Non credo sia corretto non specificare che il posto in spiaggia sia così lontano. Inoltre nell'appartamento - prenotato per una settimana - lo scuro della camera da letto era rotto e non si apriva. Ho segnalato il problema la domenica mattina e la riparazione è stata fatta il venerdì pomeriggio successivo (il sabato è terminata la locazione). Abbiamo dovuto passare 6 giorni su 7 senza poter far arieggiare la camera da letto. Trasparenza poca, professionalità... no comment. Questa è stata la prima e ultima volta che mi sono servito di questa agenzia. Altamente sconsigliata, una stella è un voto fin troppo alto. In July 2017 we rented a two-room apartment in the Union Ponente Residence through this agency. On the agency's website, in the card describing the apartment it is stated that the latter is 10 meters from the sea. All true, but it's a pity that the spot on the beach included in the price was 500 meters away and not in the bathroom in front of the building. I don't think it is correct not to specify that the place on the beach is so far away. Also in the apartment - booked for a week - the bedroom shutters were broken and would not open. I reported the problem on Sunday morning and the repair was done the following Friday afternoon (the rental ended on Saturday). We had to go through 6 days a week without being able to ventilate the bedroom. Little transparency, professionalism ... no comment. This was the first and last time I used this agency. Highly not recommended, a star is too high a rating.

A Caorle per fortuna esistono delle agenzie serie.. ovviamente non la luna r..... Behavior far below the standards. Little desire to work both in the western and eastern headquarters. They use the technique of sending you rebound from west to east .. At Caorle thankfully there are reputable agencies .. obviously not the moon r .....
