P	Petr Sláma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kuchyně základně vybavená nádobím. Lze tu vařit. Nedávají zde do koupelny ručníky. Koupelna vybavena pračkou. Klimatizace. Vše naprosto dostačující. Pláž cca 3 minuty chůze. Kitchen base equipped with utensils. You can cook here. There are no towels in the bathroom. Bathroom equipped with washing machine. Air conditioning. Everything is perfectly adequate. Beach about 3 minutes walk.

Consigliato con i bambini Strategic point, very close to the sea but located in a quiet area for the evening, large apartment with washing machine and large storage area for suitcases. Recommended with children

E ci dimentichiamo di avere un'automobile. Per noi questo è vacanza. Co we have been coming for so many years. A stone's throw from the beach and a few more to reach the historic center. We arrive. We park. And we forget we have a car. For us this is vacation.

Ci siamo sempre rivolti al Villaggio dell'Orologio come immobiliare e da qualche anno preferiamo prenotare al condominio Braida. É vicinissimo alla spiaggia, 5 minuti a piefi dal supermercato Coop e 15 minuti circa dal centro. La posizione é ottima. L'affitto ragionebvole. L'appartamento è equipaggiato di tutto anche se noi preferiamo portare un paio delle nostre pentole. Questione di abitudine. C'è l'aria condizionata, la lavatrice ma non il ferro. L'unico problema è il posto macchina. Ne viene sempre assegnato uno ma non é detto che sia sempre libero. La macchina comunque si può anche mettere in cortile. My husband and I have been coming to Caorle for several years now. We have always turned to the Villaggio dell'Orologio as a real estate company and for some years we have preferred to book at the Braida condominium. It is very close to the beach, 5 minutes piefi supermarket Coop and 15 minutes from the center. The position is excellent. The rent ragionebvole. The apartment is equipped with everything even if we prefer to bring a couple of our pots. Matter of habit. There is air conditioning, a washing machine but no iron. The only problem is the parking space. One is always assigned, but it is not necessarily always free. However, the machine can also be put in the yard.
R	Roberto Betelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I parcheggi, che sono assegnati con tanto di numero, immancabilmente sono occupati da altri, ma la gestione non fa letteralmente nulla nemmeno a fronte di esplicita lamentela. Quest'anno poi c'è toccata una bella sorpresa: invece del "solito" appartamento, ce ne hanno rifilato uno che avrà visto l'ultimo ri-allestimento (oltre che l'ultima manutenzione) non meno di 25 anni fa - con un frigorifero che, a chiamarlo così, i minibar degli hotel rischiano di pretendere d'essere classificati come "king size"; un materasso talmente consunto che si poteva contarne le molle semplicemente guardandolo a distanza; un rubinetto dell'acqua calda nella vasca da bagno che, mesto, implorava di andare in pensione dopo tanti anni di onorato servizio. Oh già, quest'anno non si sono manco degnati di fare la disinfestazione dalle zanzare e di fornire più che 1 asciugamano. Appartamento da 4 persone? HA! Credo che i gestori non sappiano nemmeno cosa sia il DM Sanità del 05/07/1975. Chiaramenti i prezzi, bè, quelli sono da Caorle 2021 in pieno... e anche qualcosa di più. Arrivederci? Ma anche no. Oh yeah, this year they didn't even deign to do the mosquito pest control and provide more than 1 towel. Apartment for 4 people? HAS! I believe that the managers do not even know what the Health Ministerial Decree dated 05/07/1975 is. The prices are clarified, well, those are from Caorle 2021 in full ... and even something more. Until we meet again? But even no.
