★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unprofessional, during two month an answering service pick up and set you on hold to no possibility of leaving a message. Sent 3 emails regarding a rental property no response. Then some Mr. ALfano Picks up and says he’s seen messages but failed to respond to them and promise he would send me documents pertinent to lease. Failed to do that twice. Last and after 2 weeks I learned from the the listing website property had been withdrew ! Welcome to post Covid you unprofessionals - WHERE ALL CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS KEY !
