The office is on the 3rd floor, I went for a cadastral survey the employees are friendly and the service was efficient and fast.

quindi siamo obbligati ad accettare il servizio come divina ed inappellabile sentenza
no citizen can afford to complain about a disservice because there is no URP

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho cercato di prendere appuntamento online e sull'app senza mai riuscirci. Ho cercato di telefonare quindi all'agenzia per poter prendere appuntamento, insistendo tutta la mattinata ma nessuno mi ha mai risposto. Non ci si può appoggiare soltanto ad un app e non avere alcun personale disposto a rispondere alle chiamate degli utenti. Non tutti si possono permettere di stare tutto il giorno a telefono solo per prendere un appuntamento.
I have tried to make an appointment online and on the app without ever succeeding. I then tried to call the agency to make an appointment, insisting all morning but no one ever answered me. You can't just rely on an app and not have any staff willing to answer user calls. Not everyone can afford to be on the phone all day just to make an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ufficio del Catasto, è stato trasferito presso l'ufficio dell'Agenzia delle Entrate, in Via Stock, nel rione di Roiano Non è possibile pagare in contanti, ma solo con bancomat o postamat; l'appuntamento bisogna prenotare per tempo, e si deve fare on-line, sul sito dell' Agenzia Entrate Trieste
The Cadastre office has been transferred to the Revenue Agency office, in Via Stock, in the Roiano district. It is not possible to pay in cash, but only by debit or postamat; the appointment must be booked in time, and must be done online, on the Trieste Revenue Agency website
