★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducazione e presuntuosità dell'ufficio informazioni,nonché la lentezza del servizio nonostante i box per le varie pratiche non vi era nessuno e solamente l'impiegata addetta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' impossibile contattarli per telefono e ancora peggio tramite email. Hanno un ora al giorno (dalle 11 alle 12) per rispondere alle telefonate, ma sfido chiunque ad entrare in contatto con loro. Chiamare l'Agenzia delle entrate significa entrare in un vortice di numeri da digitare nel menù telefonico che ti fa passare la voglia di sperare in qualsiasi contatto. La cosa ridicola di questo ufficio (e parlo forse dell'Agenzia delle Entrate in scala nazionale) è la "vecchiezza" dei sistemi di comunicazione a disposizione (per darvi una idea utilizzano ancora il Fax) e ignorano completamente strumenti come email o altri sistemi di contatto "moderni" (seppure le mail ormai avranno 25 anni di vita!). Date una rinfrescata a personale e attrezzature perchè il mondo corre e voi siete ancora a letto... svegliatevi
It is impossible to contact them by phone and even worse by email. They have an hour a day (from 11 to 12) to answer phone calls, but I challenge anyone to get in touch with them. Calling the Revenue Agency means entering a vortex of numbers to type in the telephone menu that makes you want to hope for any contact. The ridiculous thing about this office (and maybe I talk about the National Revenue Agency) is the "old age" of the available communication systems (to give you an idea, they still use Fax) and completely ignore tools like emails or other systems "modern" contacts (even if the emails are now 25 years old!). Freshen up staff and equipment because the world runs and you're still in bed ... wake up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vergogna è una settimana che provo a prendere appuntamento tra l'altro quando vengo richiamata sono al lavoro senza telefono quindi non riesco mai a parlare con nessuno e devo semplicemente consegnare un modello x la richiesta di accreditamento... È possibile?????
A shame for a week that I try to make an appointment among other things when I am called back I am at work without a phone so I can never speak to anyone and I simply have to deliver a model for the accreditation request ... Is it possible ???? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un ufficio inesistente praticamente! Non facevano niente prima e adesso con la scusa del covid meno che meno ....non rispondono neanche al telefono o buttano giù la chiamata ! Uno schifo davvero !!!!
A practically non-existent office! They did nothing before and now with the excuse of covid unless they ... they don't even answer the phone or drop the call! Really disgusting !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si deve prendere appuntamento ma non rispondono mai, prenoti la richiamata e non richiamano, impiegati che cadono dalle nuvole se gli parli di servizi telematici, DINOSAURI!!!
