★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri, martedì 10 dicembre 2019 mi sono recata presso l'azienda per una visita dall'otorinolaringoiata. Mi hanno fatto aspettare mezz'ora dopo l'orario dell'appuntamento e intanto sentivo dentro l'infermiera che rideva a voce alta col dottore e si sentivano video di youtube. Una volta entrata, l'infermiera gentilissima, il Dott. scorbutico e alle mie domande risposte fredde e poco esaustive. Mi ha fatto una visita invasiva alla gola e mi urlava di respirare quando a fatica ce la facevo e mi veniva da vomitare. Mentre scriveva il referto il cellulare dell'infermiera suonava e il Dott. la rassicurava che appena finito con me le insegnava come fare x silenziare le notifiche. Ma scusate è consentito l'uso del cellulare personale durante il servizio? Infermieri e dottori che girano per i corridoi messaggiando senza dare nemmeno un buongiorno! Ma dove stiamo andando?
 Yesterday, Tuesday 10 December 2019 I went to the company for a visit from the otolaryngologist. They made me wait half an hour after the appointment time and meanwhile I felt inside the nurse who laughed aloud with the doctor and heard youtube videos. Once entered, the very kind nurse, grumpy Dr. and my questions are cold and not exhaustive. He made an invasive visit to my throat and screamed at me to breathe when I could hardly manage to vomit. While she was writing the report, the nurse's cell phone rang and Dr. reassured her that as soon as she was finished with me, she taught her how to do some mute notifications. But sorry is the use of personal mobile phone allowed during the service? Nurses and doctors who go around the corridors messaging without giving a good morning! But where are we going?
