Personale molto competente e professionale. Mi hanno chiamato, aiutato a navigare tra le complessita’ burocratiche e infine risolto il caso, sopra ogni aspettativa. Gentilissimi e professionali. Appuntamento preso a fine giugno per il 19 luglio, sono stata tutto il tempo sotto scacco di una sportellista scortese e arrogante che minacciava di rimandarmi a casa e farmi riprendere appuntamento una seconda volta. Dopo aver borbottato e sbuffato per mezzora ha completato la pratica. Questa gente non si rende conto che non possiamo sapere il loro mestiere e farlo per loro, se lo sapessimo fare in autonomia loro non esisterebbero! Via email dovrebbero essere date tutte le indicazioni precise e puntuali su marche da bollo, f24 e moduli da compilare e consegnare, invece vengono date informazioni parziali con flussi di decine di email per avere tutte le informazioni necessarie, senza avere il minimo interesse per l'utente che ha delle scadenze da rispettare, e per farti tribolare anche a una semplice consegna del cartaceo di quanto già inviato, protocollato via email. Appena finiranno le restrizioni del covid si tornerà allo sportello, altro che email e appuntamenti! 1 star because you can't give less !!!
