Sembra grazie a lui se “ riusciamo “a portare a termine il rilascio dei documenti.... quindi può essere il motivo del poco educato ecc ecc.....
la prossima volta gli do il mio numero della fila e l’ho delego a fare i miei documenti, ( gratis ovviamente)
