★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ci sono persone che, anche se per loro scelta, odiano il proprio lavoro. Dopo anni di consulenze la Dottoressa Marcella Venturati si è dimostrata incompetente e poco attenta ai propri pazienti. Lamentandosi del fatto che sia stata “disturbata” durante le ferie (unico messaggio mandato in data 13 agosto 2021), ad un mio successivo messaggio in data 4 ottobre 2021 (non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta per circa due mesi) vengo accusato di avere un tono polemico. Ora, non stiamo parlando di un commesso di un qualsiasi negozio ma di UNA DOTTORESSA. A nessuno vengono negate le ferie, ci mancherebbe, però una persona seria e professionale al rientro dalle sue ferie tendenzialmente recupera il lavoro accumulatosi durante le stesse. Essendo che in passato era già capitato di ricevere risposte vaghe o comunque “svogliate” abbiamo deciso di cambiare medico di base, nonostante la Signora Venturati sostenga che non ne siamo in grado.
Unfortunately there are people who, even if by their own choice, hate their job. After years of consulting, Dr. Marcella Venturati has proved incompetent and not very attentive to her patients. Complaining about the fact that she was "disturbed" during the holidays (the only message sent on 13 August 2021), to my subsequent message on 4 October 2021 (I have not received any response for about two months) I am accused of having a tone polemical. Now, we are not talking about a shop assistant but a DOCTOR. No one is denied holidays, God forbid, but a serious and professional person on returning from his holidays tends to recover the work accumulated during the same. Since in the past it had already happened to receive vague or "listless" answers, we decided to change general practitioner, despite Ms. Venturati claims that we are not able.

Simply essential guarantee for yourself and that of your loved ones !! Very trained doctor, always available also and above all in the latter, long difficult periods for everyone. Kindness and sympathy, availability and professionalism, certainly not common qualities that are part of the human baggage of this splendid person.
