★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante il periodo Covid è praticamente inutile prendere appuntamento dal portale dell’Agenzia delle Entrate perché tanto non si viene accolti dall’ufficio territoriale di Merate.
Giustamente uno prenota l’appuntamento proprio per evitare gli assembramenti... ma questo ufficio non ti fa accedere e si limita a dirti di fare le cose per via telematica.
Uno avrà il sacrosanto diritto di farsi assistere per delle pratiche burocratiche che voi avete reso complicate.
La scusa del “covid” non ha senso in quanto se si applicano le giuste precauzioni consigliate dal governo si può tranquillamente usufruire del servizio.
Spero che questa recensione sia d’aiuto per altri come me che hanno preso appuntamento.
During the Covid period it is practically useless to make an appointment from the portal of the Revenue Agency because you are not welcomed by the territorial office of Merate.
You rightly book an appointment to avoid gatherings ... but this office doesn't let you in and just tells you to do things electronically.
One will have the sacrosanct right to be assisted with paperwork that you have made complicated.
The excuse of the "covid" does not make sense as if you apply the right precautions recommended by the government you can safely use the service.
I hope this review will be helpful for others like me who have made an appointment.
