Sono venuta a fare denuncia ufficiale tramite gli sportelli, per dichiarare che non ho mai ricevuto copia della CU dei redditi 2020. Due signori allo sportello centrale sono stati veramente “gentili”. Dopo aver spiegato la situazione, la signora ha voluto invece fare un giochino di spelling con me urlando: "non fallita, è SPARITA, TOGLITI LA MASCHERINA RIPETI CON ME 'SPA-RI-TA' " ? . Sono venuta in Italia nel 2014 per studiare, adesso mi sono laureata, ho iniziato a lavorare e soprattutto pago le tasse regolarmente. Dopo 7 anni di esperienza, non capisco perché negli uffici pubblici ci sono sempre persone strane e soprattutto maleducate. My former company went bankrupt last year. Noi veniamo a fare un lavoro presso vostri uffici per motivi ben importanti e non per fare un semplice giro. Inoltre, pregherei ai datori di lavoro che assumono i personali di verificare che essi lavorino nel modo giusto e che siano disponibili ai clienti. Poi, spero che i lavoratori che non hanno voglia di lavorare trovino una soluzione piuttosto che far aspettare i clienti. Dico questo perché ci sono tante persone che hanno la voglia di lavorare e che sono in cerca di lavoro. Spero che questi ultimi abbiano la possibilità di lavorare e i clienti preferiscono fare conti con persone tenaci e responsabili. Spero che abbiate preso in considerazione il mio avvertimento. Sono stato per chiedere un consiglio, perché sono venuto dalla Germania, e ho avuto un problema. E se come lei ha visto che sono straniero, alla fine della conversazione con quella bella signora,per uscire ho ricevuto la frase dietro " Non venire più in Italia"... Però mi dispiace per il ragazzo Pakistano, che era prima di me, con lui si sono comportati 2 volte peggio... The 2 people who are at the reception, a man and a woman, behave with such arrogance. Dopo 1 mese e diverse sollecitazioni, non uno straccio di risposta. Considerato che lo stipendio ve lo pagano i contribuenti, forse dovreste dedicare piu' energie a rispondere ai loro quesiti anziche' rispondere (prontamente) alle recensioni di Google... Non posso fare altro che ringraziare la persona e complimentarmi per la solerzia dimostrata. Una giornata storta capita a tutti, ma la struttura ha saputo rimediare in modo eccellente. Bravi.
