★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo venuti per attribuzione del codice fiscale, per la mia figliastra appena giunta dalla Russia. Avrei dovuto consegnare solamente il modulo scaricato e già compilato come spiegato sul sito dell'agenzia delle entrate dove non si specifica che serva l'appuntamento. Dopo aver trovato la porta chiusa e aspettato che uscisse qualcuno, ci siamo fermati sulla soglia per chiedere gentilmente informazioni. Si capisce che con il covid serve l'appuntamento per questioni fiscali, ma qui si tratta solamente di registrare un modulo di richiesta. Prenotare un'appuntamento servono 3 o 4 settimane. Dovrebbe esserci una corsia preferenziale per richieste veloci. Mi hanno detto che si può fare tramite internet, peccato che serva possedere lo spid o carta d'identità elettronica o tessera sanitaria, per accedere, ma una persona appena arrivata dall'estero non può ancora avere. Con questo covid anche fare le cose più semplici è diventata un'odissea!
We came for tax ID, for my stepdaughter just arrived from Russia. I should have delivered only the form downloaded and already completed as explained on the revenue agency website where it is not specified that the appointment is needed. After finding the door closed and waiting for someone to come out, we stopped on the threshold to politely ask for information. It is understood that with the covid you need an appointment for tax matters, but here it is only a question of registering an application form. Booking an appointment takes 3 or 4 weeks. There should be a fast track for quick inquiries. They told me that it can be done via the internet, it is a pity that you need to have a spid or electronic identity card or health card to access, but a person who has just arrived from abroad cannot yet have it. With this covid, even doing the simplest things has become an odyssey!

Mi sono alzato e andato via perché non posso restare fino alle 10 .00 per motivi di lavoro ....non si fa cosi
