★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho accompagnato mia nonna una signora anziana e le due commesse non hanno voluto darle assistenza dicendo che doveva arrangiarsi a chiamare il 119 e a spostarsi i dati da una SIM al altra. Due commesse davvero maleducate che prendevano in giro cliente cercando di manipolarli per fargli spendere più soldi. Cosa certa dopo questa esperienza anche mia nonna passerà a Vodafone
I accompanied my grandmother to an elderly lady and the two shop assistants did not want to give her assistance saying that she had to make do with calling 119 and moving the data from one SIM to another. Two really rude shop assistants who made fun of customers trying to manipulate them to make them spend more money. Certainly after this experience my grandmother will also switch to Vodafone
