Ogni volta ho trovato un impiegato diverso che mi ha dato informazioni diverse su come risolvere il problema. Ad oggi non si vede la luce in fondo al tunnel . In piena pandemia almeno c'era un addetto al ritiro ed assegnazione protocollo, ora, in fase 3, nulla. Il telefono, ovviamente, da sempre occupato. Indegno. Devo andare fino a la?
