Il centralino ha sempre operatori occupati a qualsiasi ora del giorno. Il telefono fisso risulta sempre occupato, e quelle poche volte che sembra libero, viene attivata la segreteria. No comment. I have been calling continuously for about 5 days to get info about a refund I have been waiting for for years. The switchboard always has operators busy at any time of the day. The landline is always busy, and those few times it seems free, the answering machine is activated. No comment.
