A volte il pubblico si pone negativamente "a priori "e questo certo non favorisce la soluzione dei problemi. Pregevole il rispetto degli orari fissati con appuntamento. Contrary to other reviews read, I have always had a great time in this agency. Not only professionalism but also a lot of courtesy. Sometimes the public poses itself negatively "a priori" and this certainly does not favor the solution of problems. Respect for the times fixed by appointment is valuable.
E	Erika Scicchitano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenti e arroganti. ..incapaci di dare le direttive necessarie per una semplice registrazione di atto privato...ho dovuto recarmi tre volte ai loro sportelli e ad ogni accesso venivano richiesti documenti diversi e contestati quelli già archiviati ...nonostante gli errori sui documenti fossero dovuti a loro omissioni...nessuno sapeva esattamente cosa servisse e in tutto questo caos si appellavano al fatto che le firme non sembrassero originali ma fotocopie... Incompetent and arrogant. ... unable to give the necessary directives for a simple registration of a private deed ... I had to go to their counters three times and at each access different documents were requested and those already filed were challenged ... despite the errors on the documents were due to their omissions ... nobody knew exactly what was needed and in all this chaos they appealed to the fact that the signatures did not look original but photocopies ...

In particolare al Dott. Andrea Giolo ma senza dimenticare l'addetta alla reception che con infinita pazienza mi ha guidato fin dall'inizio con successo in quella che per me era una selva oscura e la capoufficio di cui non ricordo il nome che ha completato l'operazione fino alla consegna . Insomma un grazie a tutto il servizio. Sopratutto per il valore aggiunto di empatia alla mia esigenza che ho percepito . Grazie davvero . Vi ringrazio!!! È da una settimana che provo a telefonare per chiedere informazioni in orari diversi ma guarda caso tutti gli operatori sono impegnati e cade la linea.È veramente una vergogna Can't you put 0 stars?
