Non ho usufruito dei servizi ma sono stato qui per una riunone e devo dire che tutto sommato mi sono trovato bene. Solitamente si viene qui per le successioni e tutto quello che ne consegue. Very large, clean, well-kept building with many rooms. I did not use the services but I was here for a meeting and I must say that all in all I felt good. Usually we come here for successions and all that follows.

A livello periferico molti funzionari fanno quello che possono. Qui ho sempre trovato grande correttezza, a tratti una cortesia e un impegno ad aiutare gli utenti molto al di sopra di quel che accade nel resto della pubblica amministrazione. Non posso che complimentarmi. The problem with the tax office is the central officials studying amateur forms and absurd procedures. At the peripheral level, many officials do what they can. Here I have always found great fairness, at times a courtesy and a commitment to help users far above what happens in the rest of the public administration. I can only congratulate you.
