Non è possibile prendere un ticket di prenotazione, la mattina che sono stata ci sono stati vari litigi tra chi era in coda (i soliti furbetti che arrivano dopo e poi si mettono prima in coda). Personale della segreteria scortese. Si salva il personale degli uffici interni che sono competenti ed abbastanza veloci. Dipendenti che scorrazzano a parlare con i loro amici e intanto noi aspettiamo perche tanto noi che avremmo mai da fare durante la giornata. L'Italia va male per tanti motivi. E loro con la loro NON voglia di lavorare ci mettono il resto. Mai visto una roba del genere. Non si puo prendere un giorno di ferie per un duplicato del codice fiscale solo perché non hanno voglia di lavorare. A scandalous stuff. Zero organization. Employees who run around talking to their friends and in the meantime we are waiting for us because we would never have to do during the day. Italy is doing badly for many reasons. And they with their NOT willingness to work put the rest into it. Never seen such a thing. You can't take a day off for a duplicate tax ID just because they don't want to work.
