★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata negativa. Non sono competenti e molto poco affidabili. Inoltre sono molto sgarbati. Fanno attendere a lungo e scortesi. Le informazioni che forniscono non sono chiare e precise e non sanno risolvere i problemi che loro stessi creano. Consiglio di rivolgersi ad altre filiali sedi principali e assicurarsi bene che tutto ciò che dicono venga messo per iscritto.
Unfortunately our experience was bad. They are not competent and very unreliable. They are also very rude. They do wait long and rude. The information they provide is not clear and precise and they cannot solve the problems they themselves create. I recommend that you go to other main branches and make sure that everything they say is in writing.
