★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Istituto contattato per mancato pagamento di una fattura dopo sei mesi dell'emissione. Quasi impossibile parlare con qualcuno al telefono e, comunque, una volta che si riesce ad ottenere qualche informazione, si viene trattati in maniera veramente poco educata. Esperienza molto negativa.
Institute contacted for non-payment of an invoice after six months of issue. Almost impossible to talk to someone on the phone and, anyway, once you get some information, you are treated in a very unpolite manner. Very bad experience.

Li mandi lettere reco mandate con andata e ritorno pagato più un sacco di e-mail PEC per non parlare di e-mail normale e loro non ti rispondano . Questa non è un comportamento serio di una banca in una società civile! Per questo mi sento di dare solo -stela ….!
In my opinion, this Italfondiaria spa is getting badly worse in recent times. You send them back and forth letters with paid return plus loads of certified e-mails not to mention regular e-mails and they don't reply to you. This is not serious behavior of a bank in a civil society! This is why I feel like giving only -stela….!
