★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima assistenza ai clienti.. soprattutto nel periodo di pandemia che dovrebbero rispondere sempre al telefono non rispondono mai. Mando le mail e non rispondono manco a quelle. Chiedi una cosa specifica e ti propongono un’altra cosa che non c’entra nulla col tuo problema... appena la situazione si normalizza cambierò sicuramente
Bad customer service .. especially in the pandemic period they should always answer the phone never answer. I send emails and they don't even reply to those. Ask for a specific thing and they offer you another thing that has nothing to do with your problem ... as soon as the situation normalizes, I will certainly change

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi premesso che non sono un loro cliente e per questo volevo aprire un conto presso la loro agenzia e farlo di persona quindi essendoci le varie normative anti covid telefono molte volte e ogni volta mi riempiono di domande perché è per come è poi con una scusa e un'altra mi dicono di riprovare fino a quando stanco di farmi rispondere sempre nella stessa maniera decido di chiamare il loro numero verde il 21 giugno che prima mi dice perché non chiamo direttamente in agenzia ma dopo le mie spiegazioni mi prende appuntamento per lunedì 28 giugno alle 9 quindi mi organizzo nel mio posto di lavoro quando invece venerdì 25 alle 15.10 mi telefonano che non mi possono ricevere senza alcuna giustificazione e senza magari guardi ci dispiace ci risentiamo. Morale di tutto che ci hanno messo 5 giorni per dirmi che non mi ricevevano di venerdì pomeriggio orario in cui sia per il lavoro che per un altro eventuale appuntamento con altri non potevo. Il commento lo lascio a chi legge
Bad premise that I am not their client and for this reason I wanted to open an account with their agency and do it in person so there being the various anti covid telephone regulations many times and every time they fill me with questions because it is for how it is then with an apology and another tell me to try again until I'm tired of always having to answer in the same way I decide to call their toll-free number on June 21st which first tells me why I don't call the agency directly but after my explanations makes an appointment for Monday June 28th at 9 then I organize myself in my workplace when instead on Friday 25th at 3.10 pm they call me that they cannot receive me without any justification and maybe without looking at it we are sorry we resent. Moral of all that it took them 5 days to tell me that they did not receive me on Friday afternoon when I could not be for work or for another eventual appointment with others. I leave the comment to the reader
