C	Claudia Liberati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamane ho contattato la filiale di Ciampino per una richiesta di fattibilità di surroga di mutuo attraverso mutuionline e sono rimasta letteralmente stupefatta dalla risposta dell'operatrice poiché sono stata frettolosamente liquidata in quanto avrei potuto ottenere un appuntamento solamente ai primi di settembre. La domanda nasce spontanea, se a quest'istituto nn interessa acquisire potenziali nuovi clienti, cosa ci stanno a fare su siti come mutuionline a promuoveree proposte di surroghe? Ai posteri l'ardua sentenza... This morning I contacted the Ciampino branch for a feasibility request for a mortgage subrogation through mutuionline and I was literally amazed by the operator's response since I was hastily liquidated as I could only get an appointment in early September. The question arises spontaneously, if this institution is not interested in acquiring potential new customers, what are they doing on sites such as mutuionline to promote and subrogate proposals? Non viene minimamente considerato il telefono squillante se non per chiudere la chiamata. In tempi di covid non riuscire a comunicare per prenotare un appuntamento è più che assurdo. Please answer the phone !!!!! Sono 10 anni che sono con loro ma gli ultimi due vuoi per via del covid vuoi per una fusione con un'altra banca nn rispondono più al telefono...se hai problemi al momento nn puoi risolverli ti dicono che devi prendere appuntamento....presi già tre appuntamenti ma mai portati a termine e dico mai avvertiti che la persona con cui avevamo appuntamento nn c'era. Prima di tutto ciò devo dire che la banca funzionava ci lavoravano persone competenti e disponibili per i problemi che tu avevi e risolvevano al momento. Ora nn è più così . Alla richiesta di chiarimenti circa lo stesso, sono stato invitato a chiamare telefonicamente alla riapertura per i dettagli; al momento della telefonata mi viene detto che non posso avere ulteriori informazioni oltre a quelle che già mi erano state fornite. Non so se è un problema generale dell'istituto bancario, ma di certo non posso consigliare questa filiale.
