★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante il periodo del covid la loro gestione è stata pessima tanto che dovrebbero chiuderla questa agenzia. Se vai li di persona , ti dicevano di prendere appuntamento per telefono e poi durante il giorno staccavano il telefono per non rispondere rendendo cosi' impossibile andare in banca e stanno continuando a fare cosi' anche in fase 2. se avete dei risparmi fate come me, spostateli in un altro istituto di credito. agenzia come queste non devono esistere sulla faccia della terra. se potessi gli darei 0 ma devo per forza dargli 1 visto che google non mi permette di dare 0.

Capisco che ormai le operazioni si fanno tutte online ecc ecc. , ma se una persona anziana (correntista) ha bisogno di aiuto per un disservizio importante cosa può fare? La prossima volta che chiamano per offrire i loro servizi saprò rispondere a tono. Pessimi in tutto e per tutto... vergognatevi.
