★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Offrono una moltitudine di servizi, oltre ad aver nella stampa, sia per i piccoli che per i grandi formati, il loro punto di forza. In particolar modo, in questo periodo, con le entrate scaglionate, preferisco far qualche minuto di fila in più perché so che poi uscirò contenta del risultato ottenuto. Bravi.
 Staff very kind and very helpful. They offer a multitude of services, as well as having their strength in printing, both for small and large formats. In particular, in this period, with staggered income, I prefer to do a few more minutes in a row because I know that then I will leave happy with the result. Well done.

personale svogliato, lento e disinteressato. La prima volta mi hanno stampato una foto in mezz’ora!!! Perché l’impiegata non sapeva come fare alla fine ha stampato senza farmi controllare prima della stampa quindi il risultato è stato diverso dall’originale (foto non centrata e colori falsati) inoltre se ne è andata da un altro cliente senza darmi la possibilità di dire la mia...
La seconda volta l’impiegato (un altro) - e dopo quaranta minuti di fila per via degli ingressi contingentati - mi ha detto seraficamente e come se la cosa fosse normale che: fanno stampe su tutto e in tutti i formati ma tranne le foto tessera!!! Be! Almeno scrivetelo a caratteri cubitali fuori la porta così la gente non perde tempo.

The second time the employee (another one) - and after forty minutes in a row due to the restricted entrances - told me seraphically and as if it were normal that: they print on everything and in all formats but except passport photos !!! Well! At least write it in big letters outside the door so people don't waste time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace dare un giudizio negativo, ma sono costretta a farlo, perché hanno avuto un problema tecnico e quindi non hanno potuto fare il lavoro che gli avevo chiesto... E fin qui niente di strano può capitare, però essendo nato nel pomeriggio il problema, potevano telefonarmi ed io avrei provveduto in altra maniera, invece mi hanno fatto aspettare due ore senza darmi ciò che avevo chiesto. Non si fa così.......
I am sorry to give a negative opinion, but I am forced to do so, because they had a technical problem and therefore could not do the job I asked them ... And so far nothing strange can happen, but since the problem was born in the afternoon , they could telephone me and I would have done otherwise, but instead they made me wait two hours without giving me what I had asked for.
