★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies who work in the shop are absolutely lovely and kind - the manager on the other hand is very unprofessional and rude. Totally ruined the entire shopping experience and ended up losing to sale.
Please do not talk to your customers in a condescending manner. Just a very unpleasant individual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make you sure there’s an embroidered label inside the item you’re going to buy and not just a “made in Italy” label on a paper, sticked on it.
I just found out I bought a made in China bag, where the original label was cut off and replaced by a “made in Italy” paper label.
Not to mention that the price I paid was five or six times more of the identical one I found in a Chinese shop in Rome’s Chinatown, Esquilino.
This place is a scam, stay away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keep the bill if you decide to buy in this place. My money was stolen from card in this place and when I tried to get it back manager was rude. Nothing to do with this cheap Chinese bag... I think they are scam.
