Ho chiesto una MTB da enduro (prenotandola in anticipo) e mi hanno fornito una Santa Cruz 5010 (bici non adatta al mio scopo con 130mm di travel, quindi non enduro). Al momento del noleggio no è stata fatta nessuna regolazione (sospensioni, sella, etc...) tanto che ho dovuto provvedere da solo. Mi hanno comunque fatto pagare la tariffa di una MTB da enduro, inoltre presentando la Molveno card, hanno detto che i loro prezzi erano già quelli agevolati...Se siete appassionati ed un minimo esperti, cercate la vostra MTB altrove.
Wrong people. I refer to the bike rental point in Molveno. I asked for an enduro MTB (booking it in advance) and they provided me with a Santa Cruz 5010 (bike not suitable for my purpose with 130mm of travel, so not enduro). At the time of rental no adjustment was made (suspension, saddle, etc ...) so that I had to provide for myself. In any case, they charged me the price of an enduro MTB, also presenting the Molveno card, they said that their prices were already the subsidized ones ... If you are passionate and a minimum of experts, look for your MTB elsewhere.
