★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is on the cancellation process rather than the experience of Ursus (since we had to cancel duh ). So we called Ursus on the morning of the day before of the experience. We explained our point and asked if it somehow possible to find an agreement here: Basically if a cancellation is possible, if we could split the cost or move the date of the experience. Sadly our backup slot was not available anymore and in the end we had to pay the full price.
Fair enough but overall I would have wished for a nicer treatment during the call since the person was very defensive and not interested in finding a compromise for both parties at all.
EDIT: Ursus reached out to me again and we were able to find a compromise through a voucher that I can use until end of the year. Thank you guys for being open to find a solution for both of us.
