★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did a pretty cool Canyoning Tour through the Rio Nero today. Our guide David was a funny guy, who showed us all the equipment and safety stuff with very good explanations, easy to understand for everybody. He made us feel save all the time.
If you want to do a Canyoning tour be aware of the obvious: you will walk through a canyon, it is freaking cold water. Today was a sunny summer day, but the water was only about 10°C! We wore two neoprene suits but it was still cold.
To take the tour, you must be quite sporty and though, like they mentioned it in the description. At first you do a hike with all the stuff you wear. Then you will climb, slip, slide und jump through deap, cold water, slippy stones and high grounds. The duration was just right, it is pretty exhausting, although I am quite sporty.
Unfortunately there were no (hot) showers in the end of the tour. There was no "big" ending like a very last jump or slide. And the guide did not take pictures. That's what I would love to include to the tour for 5/5. However, I would recommend this tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did Palvico Canyoning with Andrea on Rio Nero. It was a great experience. Make sure you eat something before you go, the hike up to the starting point in your wet suit is steep, and I was sweating a lot.
The guide walks you through everything and the worst part is the moment right before you jump.
Once you conquer the first jump you can do everything else.
If you can bring a GoPro, because you can’t bring any other cell phone or carry anything else with you.
Would highly recommend and definitely do this again in Northern Italy!

Well, you definitely deserve 5 Stars! The Fun Climb activity was indeed a fun activity, also for me as somewhat experienced climber (expect nothing harder than a 5+ UIAA).
The guide, David, gave perfect hints and was a fun person. However, he retainer the required professionalism.
