To put up with my wife with her insatiable and pointed questions you have to be patient, here they have been and what's more, they have satisfied all our curiosities and whims. Gossip apart from the people who welcomed us we found them courteous, patient and professional, they help you in planning a walk or in suggesting a place of particular interest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca professionalità. La ragazza alla reception ha saputo semplicemente fornire una piccola cartina e rimandarmi ad un sito, peraltro già visitato prima di entrare. Diciamo che non capisco a cosa serve un ufficio se bisogna andare sul sito!
Little professionalism. The girl at the reception was able to simply provide a small map and refer me to a site, which was already visited before entering. Let's say I don't understand what an office is for if you have to go to the site!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to take the cable car on a Thursday in late September. We had checked the website of the tourism office, which said it ran daily until October 10. Arrived, and cable car out of service. I came to this office, which is only a few steps away, and was told that this time of year, the cable car only runs on weekends. The lady checked the website and saw the wrong information on it, but no "sorry for the inconvenience", no "thank you for alerting us to the mistake", nothing. As an alternative, I was recommended the walk round lake Molveno. When we tried that, a section of the path was closed due to construction work, and apparently not only since a day or two. Shame that this information was apparently not known at this office. So, be careful with the 'information' from the tourist information...
