L	Leda Rossini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mangiato al ristorante, ottimo cibo, ma fate attenzione se vi propongono uno "stuzzichino" in attesa dei piatti ordinati, vi portano un antipasto da menù a testa, e non un entree' come si potrebbe pensare Eaten at the restaurant, excellent food, but be careful if they offer you an "appetizer" while waiting for the dishes ordered, they bring you an appetizer from the menu each, and not an entree 'as you might think
D	Davide on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile. Locale carino. Aperto quando ne abbiamo trovati tanto chiusi il 12 giugno. La pizza era buona e croccante peccato fosse troppo bruciata sotto. Kind staff. Nice place. Opened when we found many closed on June 12th. The pizza was good and crunchy too bad it was too burnt underneath.

Anche questa settimana non siamo mancati nessuna sera ( eravamo cmq sempre in pochi nel locale visto anche il periodo); per poi arrivare al fattaccio. Arrivati al locale, aperto con barista dietro al bancone tavolo con due clienti, ci viene detto prima di entrare a malo modo da un uomo al telefono che il bar è chiuso. Nel momento siamo rimasti perplessi visto che era tutto acceso con personale al banco e clienti e abbiamo indicato da fuori appunto la situazione. Allorché ci viene detto con tono minaccioso se eravamo STUPIDI xche era già la terza volta che c’è lo diceva. Preciso che non siamo mai entrati, siamo rimasti sempre fuori, perplessi e con molta tranquillità nonostante l’offesa abbiamo girato i tacchi. Abbiamo poi scoperto che c’erano stati problemi interni col personale e evidentemente siamo serviti x far sfogare il nervosismo del proprietario. Peccato. Molto peccato. Since 2014 this place has been the reference of our group for pre and after dinner. Also this week we did not miss any evening (cmq we were always few in the room also given the period); to then get to the crime. Arriving at the restaurant, open with a bartender behind the counter and a table with two customers, we are told before entering in a bad way by a man on the phone that the bar is closed. At the moment we were perplexed as it was all on with staff at the counter and customers and we indicated the situation from the outside. When we are told in a threatening tone if we were STUPID because it was already the third time there he said it. I specify that we never went in, we were always outside, perplexed and with great tranquility, despite the offense, we turned on our heels. We then discovered that there had been internal problems with the staff and evidently we were served to relieve the owner's nervousness. Pity. Much pity.

Ho ordinato un hamburger con patate e dei canederli . Canederli : buoni e ben conditi ( il chè ha innalzato la mia valutazione a 2 stelle ) Hamburger : pessimo , pieno di ossicina al suo interno , dato che eravam una tavolata di 4 persone e tutti abbiamo riscontrato lo stesso problema abbiamo fatto reclamo al cameriere , cui ci ha assicurato dopo breve pprtandoci la confezione e dimostrando che era di prima qualità . A mio avviso magari non era una buona partita di hamburger e il ristorante non ha colpe a riguardo , se non quella di reclamare al fornitore , ma a mio avviso mi sarei aspettato una soluzione alternativa davanti all'evidenza concreta . The day of August was the only place to welcome us without a reservation, also because there was no free space in the surroundings. I ordered a burger with potatoes and some dumplings. Canederli: good and well seasoned (which raised my rating to 2 stars) Hamburger: very bad, full of ossicina inside, since we were a table of 4 people and we all encountered the same problem we made a complaint to the waiter, who assured us after a short while pprtando the package and proving that it was top quality. In my opinion maybe it was not a good batch of burgers and the restaurant has no faults in this regard, other than to complain to the supplier, but in my opinion I would have expected an alternative solution in the face of concrete evidence.

I camerieri che ci hanno servito sono stati superficiali e avevano fretta di toglierci i piatti, nonostante non avessimo finito. Preciso che il locale non era pieno... Inoltre ci hanno addebitato un piatto che hanno sbagliato a portarci e un primo con un prezzo diverso da quello scritto sul menù. I would have given 5 stars for the kitchen, all really yummy. The place is also nice. Shame about the bad service. The waiters who served us were superficial and were in a hurry to get our plates off, even though we were not finished. I specify that the place was not full ... They also charged us for a dish that they made a mistake in bringing us and a first course with a different price than the one written on the menu.
G	Geremia Bisceglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo Chalet tower pub situato ad Andalo in Trentino fa sia da pub che da pizzeria , del pub posso dire che c'è sempre divertimento e buoni cocktails , ricordo che ho chiesto un Mojito in una situazione un po' affollata e devo dire che a differenza di altri luoghi e in queste situazioni , il barman mi ha fatto il cocktail come dio comanda , e questo mi ha fatto molto piacere , personale gentile e a disposizione del cliente , per quanto riguarda la pizzeria ho mangiato una buona pizza al gusto di cacio e pepe accompagnato da una bella bottiglia di Teroldego della cantina Foradori , il personale anche in pizzeria è stato molto gentile , ed ho apprezzato tutto . Un bel luogo da visitare in compagnia di amici e conoscenti dove ci si sta bene . Ho chiesto se potevo ordinare subito per mia figlia e rispondendomi strizzato mi ha detto di aspettare. Ok poi abbiamo ordinato, appena finito subito ci ha portato via il piatto da sotto gli occhi. Il cameriere era un signore con gli occhiali non mi vergogno a dirlo scortese e presuntuoso. Il caffè ce lo ha quasi lanciato per di più neanche lo zucchero bastava per tutti. Il cibo era normale comunque niente di speciale, non lo consiglio sopratutto per il personale.
