★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In tempo di covd non è ammissibile trovare trenta persone ammassate in sala d'attesa con porta chiusa. Sorvoliamo poi sull'aggressione verbale della segretaria mora alla reception. Sono anni che questa donna si comporta in modo scortese. Mi dispiace perche' era il centro di riferimento della mia famiglia da anni e il Dottore uno dei migliori. Credo che andremo altrove.
 In time of covd it is not permissible to find thirty people crowded into the waiting room with the door closed. We then overlook the verbal assault of the brunette secretary at the reception. This woman has been acting rude for years. I'm sorry because it has been my family's go-to center for years and the Doctor is one of the best. I believe we will go elsewhere.

Le ragazze sono gentili, disponibili e cortesi anche se posso comprendere che in un momento come questo non sia facile contenere, nel rispetto delle norme anti-covid, la grande affluenza di persone. Sicuramente un laboratorio da consigliare con personale preparato, gentile ed affabile.
I found great professionalism both in the admission girls and in the medical staff. The girls are kind, helpful and courteous even if I can understand that in a moment like this it is not easy to contain, in compliance with the anti-covid rules, the large influx of people. Definitely a laboratory to recommend with trained, kind and affable staff.

Altrimenti andavo all'asl. Dottore dei prelievi invece molto educato e a modo. Ma cambiate le ragazze! Cliente perso.
Not recommended. Rude reception staff. They respond in an unfriendly manner, as if they are doing you a favor. If I go to a private laboratory it is because I demand a service! Otherwise I went to the ASL. On the other hand, a very polite and well-mannered sampling doctor. But change the girls! Lost customer.
