Il personale è sempre stato (ed è) disponibile, cortese e la Dott.ssa (sempre presente in studio) è molto professionale. Confermo quanto detto in un'altra recensione: "sono talmente disponibili ed affidabili che nel caso riscontrino qualcosa di particolarmente anomalo nelle analisi, chiamano la persona interessata (in tempi brevissimi) e per maggior sicurezza ripetono le analisi senza ulteriori spese: a me è capitato! I costi sono in linea con gli altri studi medici. Ho dato 4 stelle solo perché penso che la perfezione non esiste (in qualunque cosa). For about 25 years I have been going into this study for analysis. The staff has always been (and is) helpful, courteous and Dr. (always present in the studio) is very professional. I confirm what was said in another review: "they are so available and reliable that if they find something particularly anomalous in the analysis, they call the person concerned (in a very short time) and for greater security they repeat the analysis without further expense: it happened to me ! The costs are in line with other medical studies. I gave 4 stars just because I think perfection doesn't exist (in anything).

Danno gli orari degli appuntamenti e poi ci si ritrova costretti ad aspettare fuori dovendo fare la fila in ordine di arrivo. Fenomeni Total disorganization to make tampons. Le segretarie indifferenti,poco professionali... Quasi senza neanche guardarti in faccia... Come se loro ti stessero facendo un favore a te... Senza scordarsi che senza i pazienti... non esisterebbe il loro lavoro e quel posto... Viste le numerose strutture a roma e in zona... Ovviamente cn il periodo covid ho dovuto riprenotare la visita 1 settimana dopo... Cn il dolore che ovviamente ho ancora... Sconsigliato. Ah... Ovviamente facendo presente la situazione ad un'altra segretaria... La risposta e il suggerimento è stata "EH... LO SO... CHE TI DEVO DIRE... METTI LA RECENSIONE A 1 STELLA SU INTERNET"... Un'altra cosa... Fanno una fila unica x tamponi e visite.. assurdo vero? I book a pubalgic ultrasound ... in all the centers ... And I repeat ... Il personale dell' accettazione, però, è un po' lento e disorganizzato, seppur molto gentile e disponibile. Onestamente eviterei di prendere le telefonate nelle ore più affollate dell'accettazione. Si creano, in questo modo, lunghe file di attesa. Converrebbe dedicarsi alle informazioni telefoniche in orari con meno affluenza, magari dopo le 10.00, usando una segreteria telefonica che informa gli utenti sugli orari in cui è possibile telefonare per avere informazioni.
