Senza mascherina, fumando una sigaretta accesa proprio apposta per servire noi... mah... anche in tempi normali non mi sembra una gran bella cosa! In più ora i tempi non sono poi così normali!
After a month I am still waiting for the promised phone call for the resolution of a gearbox problem ... promised for two days later! And how was it promised ?! Without a mask, smoking a lit cigarette just to serve us ... well ... even in normal times it doesn't seem like a very good thing! Plus, times are not that normal now!
