Unprofessional staff: I went to the shop with the photo of the product I wanted to buy, but despite this the saleswoman gave me one product for another and told me that the packaging had changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognoso! Mando mia figlia con un buono la foto di un detergente viso. Le dicono che il packaging è cambiato ma il prodotto è lo stesso. A casa verifico ma è tutt'altro prodotto. Vado per il cambio e mi dicono che devo la differenza come un acquisto a prezzo pieno.
Loro sbagliano e io devo pagare. Vere incompetenti. Rovinano il nome di un ottimo marchio. Peccato
