★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato sorpreso dalla disponibilità e della competenza del personale. Per una piccola riparazione ai miei occhiali il personale è stato di grande aiuto e non mi è stato chiesto alcun compenso da pagare. Grazie mille!
 I was surprised by the helpfulness and competence of the staff. For a small repair to my glasses the staff were very helpful and I was not asked for any compensation to pay. Thanks a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato le lenti 2 settimane fa e di queste nemmeno l'ombra, quando chiamo (non rispondono sempre) mi dicono che mi richiameranno loro ma non mi hanno mai richiamato, non oso immaginare come sarà il prodotto finito.
I ordered the lenses 2 weeks ago and not even the shadow of them, when I call (they don't always answer) they tell me they will call me back but they never called me back, I can't imagine what the finished product will be like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale piuttosto sgarbato. Occhiali consegnati dopo 18 giorni in seguito a ripetute sollecitazioni, non dopo una settimana come era stato garantito. Fattura scaricabile solo a richiesta: loro si "dimenticano" di farla.
Rather surly staff. Glasses delivered after 18 days following repeated solicitations, not after a week as was guaranteed. Invoice downloadable only on request: they "forget" to do it.

Ma é normale che poi per provare varie lenti c'è la ragazza che ti vede fisso?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovi molti tipi di montatura, personale molto garbato, due stelle perche hanno fatto una visita alla mia fidanzata e gli hanno venduto gli occhiali, ci eravamo fidati del dottore presente nel negozio, ma con il passare dei giorni avertiva dei dolori agli occhi, siamo andati dal nostro dottore di fiducia e scopriamo che gli avevano dato delle misurazioni sbagliate, per fortuna ci hanno cambiato le lenti senza nessun sovrapprezzo. Buono solo per le montature ma non fidatevi della dottoressa presente nel negozio.
You find many types of frames, very polite personnel, two stars because they paid a visit to my fiancée and they sold him their glasses, we trusted the doctor in the shop, but as the days went by he warned of eye pains, we went from our trusted doctor and we discover that they had given him the wrong measurements, luckily they changed our lenses without any surcharge. Good only for frames but don't trust the doctor in the store.
