Poi poiché questo amico nn ha avuto modo di cambiare causa Covid quando si è ripresentato la per cambiare con scontrino gli hanno detto le faremo sapere.... Dopo ben due settimane iniziano i saldi lo chiamano dicendogli che se voleva poteva cambiare con un prodotto da 7 euro..... È il peggior negozio mai incontrato nella mia vita... SCONSIGLIATISSIMO era meglio dire nn cambiamo che farmi fare una brutta figura... Crazy people, I gave a pair of pants to a friend nn on sale ... Sono andato a cambiare un regalo preso in saldo, ho preso un altro prodotto dello stesso valore dello scontrino che ho presentato ma ho dovuto dare una differenza di 3euro perché il prodotto che ho reso ha subito una diminuzione di prezzo. La commessa mi ha detto che era politica dell'aziendale e funziona cosi, senza aggiungere altro. Oltre a me, tutti gli altri clienti del negozio erano sconcertati. Mai più Cotton & Silk, se pure un regalo lo rifiuto. Bad experience. Inoltre il personale è molto gentile e ti segue. Sopratutto la ragazza Santa (di nome e di fatto). Se la taglia non è esposta, te la va subito a cercare. Per lavoro mi serve comprare diversi capi,in ufficio bisogna stare sempre eleganti ma casual. La loro linea mi piace, specie quella "principe di Galles". Ora dovrei comprare capi per la stagione estiva. Anche un altro amico che era con me è rimasto soddisfatto. Top! I come to this shop often, good quality at great price.
