F	Ferdinando Daniele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, entra una persona per volta e ok ed é giusto così per la normativa covid-19, ma se le persone che sono dentro aspettano 10 miniti per pagare perché la ragazzetta sta a telefono chissa con chi fuori si fa una fila tremenda, facendoci notare della situazione da fuori al negozio continuava come se nulla fosse!!! Anziiii si é pure arrabbiata dicendo che stava facendo un ordine per telefono..... alcune persone in fila in particolare una mamma e la figlia confermavano che la tipa é sempre a telefono e fa sempre aspettare un sacco di tempo alla cassa. Assurdo perché uno di questi buoni,me lo hanno accettato anche al C. Commerciale La cotoniera di Salerno. Mi informerò anche per l'ingresso della settimana che non mi hanno dato. Come negozio l'ho trovato spoglio e piccolo,confusionato,gli shampoo e i prodotti dei piedi dietro alla cassa, due di noi clienti abbiamo fatto a turno per dare un occhiata.Anche una sola commessa in negozio, almeno due sarebbero meglio.Bisogna aspettare che la commessa si liberi alla cassa o perché occupata con altra cliente, per essere guidate nella scelta o consigli. Poi ovunque mi danno sempre i campioni, ma ne erano sprovvisti... A saperlo non avrei preso neanche i tre prodotti che avevo deciso di comprare. D	Daniela Esposito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ciao , do 1 stella, solo perché non ho potuto dare 0 perché veramente non ci sono parole per descrivere il tutto. 1 negozio in disordine 2 commessa per niente disponibile antipatica scorbutica e con una faccia nervosa come se stessi per andarla a infastidire , nessun rispetto per i clienti che entrano.Ogni volta che sono andata manco un campioncino la risposta solita che non ne aveva, pochi giorni fa che sono andata se ne uscita dicendo che bisognava fare una spesa di 15 € per poterli avere, mai sentita sta cosa. Non ci andrò mai più mi dispiace per bottega verde che si circonda di queste consulenti inutili. A questo punto w gli ordini online che danno anche qualche minitaglia. Bottega Verde azienda migliorasse il servizio prendendo un negozio più grande e inserendo più personale. Good products, kind saleswoman, the shop is tiny and if you create files or clutter it is not the fault of the employees who do what they can (always being one in number, I have never seen two salesmen working together in the same shift). Bottega Verde company improved the service by taking a bigger shop and adding more staff.

Se sei fortunata trovi commessa gentile, altrimenti trovi la commessa poco accogliente (bassina riccia) come è capitato ieri pomeriggio. Non andrò più. Andrò al Campania per me molto più comodo Small shop .. poor make up selection. You can stop short. Confined spaces.
