Quando mi hanno risposto mi hanno detto che il tecnico non ci sta. Prima mi hanno detto che la batteria era disponibile e poi l'hanno venduta. Voto 0 servizio pessimo. First they told me the battery was available and then they sold it. 0 rating bad service.

Pensavo ci volesse una giornata, invece in 45 minuti il mio telefono era pronto come nuovo. Consigliatissimi e super efficienti. Sono stata servita da 2 persone differenti ma purtroppo in entrambi i casi, oltre a non aver soddisfatto le mie richieste (problematica non attribuibile a loro, ma segnalo comunque), si sono mostrati molto saccenti e mi sono sentita parecchio a disagio: ammetto di non essere ferrata con la tecnologia ma da parte loro non c’è stato un “venire incontro” al cliente, per me cosa fondamentale in qualsiasi esercizio commerciale. Bad experience. Rude and somewhat arrogant staff.
