Posso dire che è una esperienza molto interessante: consiglio di provarla a tutti indipendentemente dall’età. Al centro Hridaya ho trovato un ambiente molto professionale ed allo steso tempo semplice e familiare. Ho cominciato per curiosità ma a settembre continuo. Inoltre gli spazi interni sono deliziosi, si respira subito una bella energia e si viene sempre accolti con un sorriso. Mi sento sempre che vado bene come sono. È una cosa preziosa.
