È stato entusiasmante potermi collegare quasi ogni giorno e allenarmi con un istruttore così professionale , simpatico e super coinvolgente come Adam ! Grazie ai suoi preziosi consigli , il mio stile di vita è cambiato ...ho migliorato l’alimentazione e aumentato gli allenamenti settimanali e il risultato è stato sorprendente !! In un mese e mezzo ho perso ben 4 kg!! Zumba è un sport completo .. in pochissimo tempo ho notato il mio fisico diventare più tonico e asciutto tutto ciò senza sacrifici !! It was exciting to be able to hook up almost every day and train with such a professional, personable and super engaging instructor like Adam! Thanks to his valuable advice, my lifestyle has changed ... I improved my diet and increased my weekly workouts and the result was amazing !! In a month and a half I lost 4 kg !! Zumba is a complete sport .. in a very short time I noticed my body becoming more toned and lean all this without sacrifices !! Doing zumba is fun and addicting !! Heartfelt thanks Adam !!!

The characteristics which make it stand apart among numerous other Zumba sessions offered in different gyms of Como is the true essence of Zumba which Adam keeps alive by shuffling through different dance forms, Zumba stands upon. I learnt a lot about Latin and foreign Dance forms while still doing a good work out so both the objectives of exercising and having a few relaxing moments were achieved.
