★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato invitato, in quanto l'accesso è riservato ai soci ed a qualche ospite.
Non è stata la prima volta che ho cenato in questo prestigioso Club, ma stasera sono rimasto particolarmente soddisfatto.
Gli interni dell'edificio, splendidamente rimessi a nuovo qualche anno fa, sono una pregevole cornice agli innumerevoli fatti e successi velistici di cui l' Adriaco si può fregiare.
Il cibo é decisamente buono, curato, con una vena di leggera inventiva, che riesce a soddisfare tanto i più tradizionalisti, quanto i palati alla ricerca di novità.
Il servizio sempre attento e cortese ha completato il clima sereno della serata.
Un sentito ringraziamento per l'invito a chi ha voluto privilegiarmi con la sua compagnia.
 I was invited, as access is reserved for members and a few guests.
It was not the first time I had dinner at this prestigious club, but tonight I was particularly satisfied.
The interiors of the building, beautifully refurbished a few years ago, are a valuable frame to the innumerable facts and sailing successes of which Adriaco can boast.
The food is decidedly good, cared for, with a vein of light inventiveness, which manages to satisfy both the most traditionalists and the palates in search of novelty.
The always attentive and courteous service completed the serene atmosphere of the evening.
A heartfelt thanks for the invitation to those who wanted to privilege me with his company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il più storico e blasonato Yacht Club di Trieste, l'ingresso è riservato ai soci ma le regole di accesso, che non conosco, mi paiono non particolarmente restrittive e orientate all'accoglienza dell'ospite esterno appassionato di barche. La banchina vicino all'ingresso è una specie di museo galleggiante di vele d'epoca, notevoli in particolare sono gli yacht Bat (fu del progettista Sciarrelli) e Sorella (del 1858, la più antica barca a vela navigante in Mediterraneo). Se accompagnati da un socio è piacevolissimo bere uno spritz all'aperto ammirando questo museo galleggiante prima di cenare nella bella sala con le pareti adornate dai guidoni di tanti yacht club di tutto il mondo
The most historic and famous Yacht Club of Trieste, entry is reserved for members but the access rules, which I do not know, seem to me not particularly restrictive and oriented towards welcoming the external guest who is passionate about boats. The quay near the entrance is a kind of floating museum of vintage sails, notable in particular are the yachts Bat (designed by Sciarrelli) and Sorella (from 1858, the oldest sailing boat in the Mediterranean). If accompanied by a member it is very pleasant to drink a spritz outdoors admiring this floating museum before having dinner in the beautiful room with the walls adorned by the banners of many yacht clubs around the world
