★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portato Piaggio Liberty 125 per un banale problema di tenuta del minimo. Dopo due giorni e diverse telefonate decido di riprendermi lo scooter. Il problema non e' stato risolto. Ho pagato 215 Euro per una specie di tagliando fatto a meta'. Sulla ricevuta c'e' scritto SOST. OLIO MOTORE, FILTRO OLIO, FILTRO ARIA, CANDELA, CINGHIA TRASMISSIONE, CONTROLLO TUBAZIONI CARBURATORE e badate badate, PRESSIONE PNEUMATICI. Non c'e' distinzione tra pezzi di ricambio e lavoro. Semplicemente un totale (a corpo).
La Piaggio mi ha suggerito di rivolgermi ai loro centri di assistenza ufficiali che potete trovare sul loro sito.
PuntoScooter non e' un centro di assistenza Piaggio Prime, nonostante il sito dica il contrario. Si tratta di pubblicita' ingannevole. Da segnalare all'AGCM (Autorita' Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato).
Piaggio Liberty 125 brought for a trivial problem of keeping the idle. After two days and several phone calls I decide to take the scooter back. The problem has not been resolved. I paid 215 euros for a kind of half-coupon. On the receipt there is written SOST. ENGINE OIL, OIL FILTER, AIR FILTER, SPARK PLUG, TRANSMISSION BELT, CHECKING THE CARBURETTOR PIPES and mind you, mind you, TIRE PRESSURE. There is no distinction between spare parts and work. Simply a total (in body).
Piaggio suggested that I go to their official service centers which you can find on their website.
PuntoScooter is not a Piaggio Prime service center, although the website says otherwise. This is misleading advertising. To be reported to the AGCM (Authority for Competition and Market).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non discuto la competenza anche perché non sono un'esperta,ma la cortesia sì. La cosa che tollero meno al mondo,anche meno dell'ignoranza, è la MALEDUCAZIONE. Perché se avere il cervello piccolo è una disgrazia, essere cafoni è una scelta. Oltretutto promettere un preventivo e poi ,dopo insistenti messaggi a vuoto, presentare un conto senza nemmeno specificare i lavori fatti(che forse un cliente vorrebbe anche sapere prima per decidere se farli o no), non mi sembra lavorare in buona fede
E aggiungo ancora una cosa. Alla mia richiesta di avere un dettaglio dei lavoro per capire il perché del conto "salato", come per magia il dettaglio è arrivato maggiorato di 20 €.
I don't argue about competence also because I'm not an expert, but courtesy is. The thing I tolerate least in the world, even less than ignorance, is MALEDUCATION. Because if having a small brain is a disgrace, being a boor is a choice. Moreover, promising a quote and then, after insistent blank messages, presenting an account without even specifying the work done (which perhaps a customer would also like to know first to decide whether to do it or not), I do not seem to work in good faith.
And I add one more thing. At my request to have a detail of the work to understand the reason for the "salty" bill, as if by magic the detail arrived increased by € 20.
