★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ti prenoti una settimana prima dicendo chiaramente che siete in 2 a voler usufruire di sauna e massaggi, poi arrivi li e ti dicono: no, abbiamo sbagliato ce un'altra coppia prima di voi.
Non ci vuole tanto a scrivere su un foglio prenotato per 2.. ahime invece sembra esser veramente complicato farlo.
Inutile dire che non ci tornerò più!
 You book a week before clearly saying that there are 2 of you wanting to use the sauna and massages, then you arrive there and they tell you: no, we were wrong there another couple before you.
It doesn't take long to write on a sheet booked for 2 .. alas it seems to be really complicated to do so.
Needless to say, I will never go back!
