★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato da questo venditore di moto e scooter Honda perché me lo ha consigliato il mio vicino , e io poi a mia volta visto che sono stato molto contento della loro professionalità, mi ha fatto un trattamento che altri venditori di scooter Honda non mi facevano, e quindi l’ho consigliato anche ad una mia cognata , che anche lei come me ne ha approfittato delle loro offerte e ha acquistato uno scooter nuovo , fuori hanno un bel parcheggio comodo sia per auto che moto !!

Honda è un grande protagonista nel mondo delle moto e i suoi concessionari fanno di tutto per tenere alto il livello di soddisfazione dei clienti. Scegliere il concessionario ufficiale con un nome come Sembenini, vi assicuro che fa la differenza, quella "marcia in più" che fa sentire coccolato il cliente. E l'ho provato di persona; avendo avuto un problema con la moto nuova, pur non essendo imputabile alla loro professionalità, l'hanno risolto in maniera brillante ben oltre le mie aspettative, andando veramente alla ricerca della piena soddisfazione dei cliente! Voglio ringraziare Nicola del reparto vendite per la sua eccezionale professionalità e disponibilità, nonché il titolare, Signor Sembenini, che si è prodigato per mantenere ai massimi livelli il prestigio della Sua famiglia e del nome Honda. Ecco, a volte oltre il marchio bisogna anche scegliere il professionista che lo rappresenta.
E con il mercato di oggi vi assicuro che non è facile coniugare il profitto con la professionalità.

Mi sono recato in officina in cerca di personale e siamo stati allontanati, allorché è arrivato un ragazzo che ci ha portato la moto con un bigliettino e senza spiegazioni o saluti è andato via.
Maleducati e scortesi, non tornerò mai più.
