A me hanno rifiutato di sistemarmi graffi causati dal gatto e anche uno strappo accidentale !!!! Lo strappo mi hanno risposto che potrebbero anche sistemarmelo se PAGO 75€ a mie spese !!!!! Ma allora per cosa mi sono fatta l’assicurazione aggiuntiva di 5 anni ????? MAI PIÙ COMPRERÒ DIVANI DA DONDI SALOTTI !!!!! Definitely scammers !!!! DO NOT GIVE YOURSELF THE ADDITIONAL WARRANTY BECAUSE WITH CUSTOM-MADE EXCUSES IN THEIR FAVOR, THE DAMAGES CAUSED TO THE SOFA WILL NEVER BE TAKEN !!!! They refused me to fix scratches caused by the cat and even an accidental tear !!!! The tear they replied that they could also fix it if I PAY 75 € at my expense !!!!! So what did I get the additional 5-year insurance for ????? NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY SOFAS FROM DONDI LIVING ROOMS !!!!!

Non ho dovuto attendere molto per essere seguito e consigliato , ottimo anche poter vedere su tablet come sarebbe venuto il divano scelto. Le fotografie parlano da sole (Vi prego di visualizzare le immagini all’interno della galleria “foto”, perché purtroppo non è stato possibile caricarle nella recensione). Assistenza davvero pessima. Contattati via mail due settimane fa, si sono fatti sentire solo dopo aver letto la recensione negativa, ma insinuando che il divano lo abbiamo rotto noi sedendoci e altre storie per dissuaderci dal procedere. Alla fine lo abbiamo riparato da soli con 4 viti e 2 piastrine in più. Un peccato perché il divano precedente, acquistato da Dondi, era durato vent’anni, ma purtroppo la qualità e la robustezza dei materiali è irriconoscibile, così come l’attenzione verso il cliente. E si parla di un divano da €1.200. Molto delusa, non consiglio questo prodotto. Sofa purchased last spring, broken after less than a year of use. And we're talking about a € 1,200 sofa. Very disappointed, I don't recommend this product.

Mando foto alla sede di Mantova mi fanno un preventivo di 460 euro troppo. Con mio figlio abbiamo sostituito i rivetti con 2 bulloni costo 65 centesimi . State alla larga da Dondi lo Sconsiglio. A mai mai più fregato una volta basta .addio. Bad buy. After 25 months, two rivets obviously break out of warranty, allowing the net to open. Per chi come me, ama i colori, è il posto ideale! La qualità dei prodotti è elevata. Il personale è competente e gentile. Una nota di merito a Fabiana, per l’attenzione che ci ha dedicato e per la sua competenza e pazienza. The recently renovated showroom is bright, very large and welcoming. The variety of sofas, armchairs and sofa beds is very wide. For those like me, who love colors, this is the ideal place! The quality of the products is high. The staff is competent and kind. Mio genero è mia figlia acquistato divano da questi . 3 anni di vita è da buttare ovviamente si rompe sempre con garanzia scaduta . 26mesi si rompe appoggia testa soldi x riparare 4 mesi fa la rete a ceduto 500 / 600 euro x riparare con gli stessi soldi comperi altro divano . State alla larga . One star is too much. My son in law and my daughter bought sofa from these. 3 years of life is to be thrown away obviously always breaks with expired warranty. 26months it breaks head rests money to repair 4 months ago the net sold 500/600 euros to repair with the same money you buy another sofa. Stay away.
