★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato un tavolo e le sedie per il nostro soggiorno/cucina, ci siamo trovati molto bene sia con il venditore che con i ragazzi che hanno portato e montato i mobili! Devo dire che siamo molto soddisfatti del nostro acquisto perché sono prodotti di qualità e molto belli!!
 We bought a table and chairs for our living room / kitchen, we got on very well with both the seller and the guys who brought and assembled the furniture! I must say that we are very satisfied with our purchase because they are quality products and very beautiful !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentilissimo, dall’accoglienza ai consigli su come arredare al meglio la nostra cucina. Siamo arrivati con tante idee confuse e abbiamo finito con la cucina dei nostri sogni ? Eva è riuscita a captare ciò che avevamo in mente e realizzarlo stando nel budget che le avevamo prefissato.
Al montaggio professionali e disponibili. Dei veri professionisti nel settore, ci hanno seguito dalla A alla Z, rispondendo alle nostre domande anche più assurde.

Very kind staff, from the welcome to the advice on how to best furnish our kitchen. We arrived with so many confused ideas and we ended up with the kitchen of our dreams ? Eva managed to capture what we had in mind and make it happen within the budget we had set for her.
Professional and available to assembly. True professionals in the sector, they followed us from A to Z, answering our even more absurd questions.
Crazy cooking !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai dovuto fare cosi tante chiamate e mail per niente... ogni cosa si deve discutere, la colpa è mai lora. Se avete pazienza di aspettare per piú di un anno di ricevere una cucina, qui siete giusti...
Il bello, pagari si deve subito, aspettare fin che è finito una vita e un piccolo rimborso per tutti i problemi, impossibile. Mica è colpa lora.... nooo mai colpa ora.
Ci sono ancora mille altre foto, ma se metto tutte, forse riscio a prendere rognie... perche se chiedi loro... hanno risolto tutto.

Never had to make so many calls and emails for nothing ... everything has to be discussed, the fault is never the time. If you have the patience to wait for more than a year to receive a kitchen, here you are right ...
The beauty of it, you have to pay immediately, wait until a life is over and a small reimbursement for all the problems, impossible. It's not the fault now .... nooo never fault now.
There are still a thousand other photos, but if I put them all, maybe I risk getting itchy ... because if you ask them ... they have solved everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato un bagno che mi è stato correttamente consegnato a Giugno 2021. Nulla da ridire riguardo all'assistenza ricevuta in fase di scelta del mobile e del montaggio.
Dopo circa un mese di utilizzo si è danneggiato uno dei meccanismi di chiusura di un cassetto. Ho contattato l'assistenza ad Agosto e mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero contattato loro per fissare l'appuntamento per la sostituzione del pezzo. A distanza di un mese (Settembre), non avendo ricevuto nessuna telefonata, ho provveduto nuovamente a contattarli e la risposta è stata ancora "La ricontatteremo noi". Stesso identico scenario ad Ottobre. A Novembre (sempre dopo MIA telefonata) mi avvisano che "Il pezzo è arrivato ed in attesa di essese consegnato". Due settimane dopo si presentano i due tecnici, a cui però non è stato consegnato alcun pezzo dal magazzino e quindi nulla è stato fatto, se non constatare l'effettivo difetto del pezzo. Ad oggi non ho più ricevuto alcuna notizia.
Riassumendo si denota un totale menefreghismo del servizio post vendita che più volte ha cercato di sviare il problema con un "La richiameremo noi". Non li consiglio affatto.
I ordered a bathroom that was correctly delivered to me in June 2021. Nothing to complain about the assistance received during the selection of the furniture and assembly.
After about a month of use, one of the closing mechanisms of a drawer was damaged. I contacted the assistance in August and they told me that they would contact me to make an appointment for the replacement of the piece. After a month (September), not having received any phone call, I proceeded to contact them again and the answer was again "We will contact you". Same exact scenario in October. In November (again after MY phone call) they inform me that "The piece has arrived and is waiting for it to be delivered". Two weeks later the two technicians show up, but no piece has been delivered from the warehouse and therefore nothing has been done, except to ascertain the actual defect of the piece. To date, I have not received any news.
In summary, it shows a total indifference of the after-sales service that has repeatedly tried to deflect the problem with a "We will call you back". I don't recommend them at all.

1 salotto e ne siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.
Alla prima visita siamo stati accolti dalla signora, Anna una persona cordiale ,squisita
e molto cortese, successivamente ci hanno affidato ad un arredatore, il sig .Gianluca altrettanto cortese e preparato, che ci ha consigliato e seguito al cento per cento in tutto e per tutto. In quanto al montaggio dei mobili i mobilieri incaricati sono stati puntuali, veloci ,puliti e preparati.

We purchased 1 Kitchen, 2 bedrooms complete with mattresses and
1 lounge and we were very happy with it.
On the first visit we were greeted by the lady, Anna, a friendly, exquisite person
and very courteous, subsequently they entrusted us to an interior designer, Mr. Gianluca, equally courteous and prepared, who advised and followed us one hundred percent in all respects. As for the assembly of the furniture, the furniture makers in charge were punctual, fast, clean and prepared.
I highly recommend Arredissima Verona

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi vedo purtroppo costretta a segnalare la nostra esperienza. Montata cucina ad agosto, mancavano dei pezzi per poter montare delle mensole. In accordo ci avrebbero contattato qualche giorno dopo non appena arrivati i pezzi mancanti.
Da lí é cominciato un rincorrere mai finito da parte nostra. Abbiamo chiamato piú e più volte, la risposta é stata sempre la stessa "cerchiamo di passare il prima possibile a montare". L'ultima volta abbiamo chiamato a dicembre, siamo a gennaio e ancora le mensole sono posate e inutilizzabili, ci manca un pezzo di cucina fondamentale e abbiamo gli utensili sparsi.
Inoltre abbiamo ante montate storte.
Insomma una cucina quasi a metá da questa estate.
La cucina é molto bella e apprezzo la fatica nel trasportare il tutto nell'appartamento in cui viviamo, ma il servizio dopo é causa di delusione e nervosismo per noi.
Unfortunately, I am forced to report our experience. Assembled the kitchen in August, there were no pieces to be able to assemble the shelves. In agreement they would contact us a few days later as soon as the missing pieces arrived.
From there began a never-ending chase on our part. We called over and over again, the answer was always the same "let's try to get through as soon as possible to mount". The last time we called in December, it is January and the shelves are still cutlery and unusable, we are missing a fundamental piece of kitchen and we have tools scattered around.
We also have crooked mounted doors.
In short, a kitchen almost halfway from this summer.
The kitchen is very nice and I appreciate the effort in transporting everything into the apartment we live in, but the service afterwards is a cause of disappointment and nervousness for us.

Siamo stati accolti molto gentilmente e affidati al nostro arredatore Davide che per ben tre giorni consecutivi ha avuto un immensa pazienza con noi, visto che eravamo digiuni di idee.Ci ha arredato tutta la casa con un design
fantastico. Avendo un po' fretta ci ha fatto contattare due giorni dopo dal geometra per prendere le misure esatte della casa per far partire l'ordine prima possibile come ci aveva promesso. Recensiremo ancora appena verranno montati mobili. Per il momento siamo soddisfatissimi!!???
We were sent by friends who were very satisfied with the purchase of their furniture from Arredissima Verona. We were welcomed very kindly and entrusted to our interior designer Davide who for three consecutive days had an immense patience with us, as we were lacking in ideas.
fantastic. Being in a bit of a hurry, he made the surveyor contact us two days later to take the exact measurements of the house to get the order started as soon as possible as he had promised. We will review again as soon as furniture is assembled. For the moment we are very satisfied !! ???

Nota di merito anche alla consegna e montaggio perché raramente ho incontrato dei montatori così preparati e professionali come Barba Sorin e Mario.
Complessivamente non potevo non dare 5 stelle ad arredissima sia per servizio, prodotto, consegna e montaggio.
I was very happy with the service offered both for the quality of the materials and for the courtesy of the staff at the showroom.
Note also on delivery and assembly because I have rarely met such trained and professional editors as Barba Sorin and Mario.
Overall, I could not give 5 stars to very furnished both for service, product, delivery and assembly.
